- Texting packages do not expire and roll over from year to year.
- Voice calls placed to a texting number can be optionally forwarded to another phone number. Each connected minute is 3¢.
- Many of our customers get through a full year of texting for $75 when texting is used for question-answer (reference) interactions. Texting used for circulation or curbside pickup purposes will increase use rates.
- Texting will continue to work even if balance goes negative, giving you time to purchase a new package without service interruption and without penalty.
- The texting add-on is available in the US and Canada. For countries outside the US and Canada, please contact us for availability.

Backup staffing for LibraryH3lp is provided by our partner, Chatstaff, and your backup staffing coverage is invoiced separately through Chatstaff. Chatstaff is flexible to your needs, covering 24/7/365 or select hours. Pricing is based on contact hours, which is the time their librarians spend with your patrons.
